I am not sure what your feelings are about this however ‘bigger is better’ seems to be the trend these days in the smartphone arena. I personally like big things, something that you can get a firm grip on, and manipulate it to do things things that you want with some unexpected surprises
The Specs should leave even the most sceptically amongst you drooling.
Just got word from O2 that this baby will be dropping in Germany the end of September which should coincide with the launch in the Netherlands. that is slated for October 4th.
I will give a full review once I get my manicured fingers on my latest desire.

HTC Beats by Dr Dre.
HTC has partnered with Beats by Dr Dre buying 51 % stakes in the company. Reason being they could sell their mobile devices with premium headphones. That means they can be used as headphones and headset for calls. FAB.
This baby is wireless. (I don’t know about you but I have never understood why my cable looks like the spaghetti junction after being in my purse).

Nokia N9.
Remember Nokia? Well it would seem as if Nokia has upped it’s game. The Nokia N9 I like the magenta one. Will make your phone stand out amongst the plethora of white, black and chrome.
This phone is rumoured to be the same phone that Nokia will import Windows phone 7 operating system also due out in the fall. Which will include the Mango update. Video after the jump.

Now this is something we need. I have been in too many places having to drink a beer (not that I am complaining, just explaining) so as to charge my phone. This bad boy designed by Dunhill will charge your mobile device for you as you are on the run using solar power of up to thirty hours.
If there isn’t any sun one can charge it using a USB cable.

Samsung Galaxy S II
Another phone on the block, well yes this one has a 8 mega pixel camera and sports a 1.2GHz ARMv7 dual processor, that means fast to the laymen out there. Also extremely thin, for those looking for something a bit more streamlined. The operating system is Android from Google.

UPDATE: If you are looking for this phone in Germany good luck they are sold out. that would be circa,80,000 sold, in two days.

They go on sale in the States on Monday let us see if demand will overwhelm the window 7 partners. Which is not a bad thing.

Nokia E7 Smartphone.
In time for the last quarter. Nokia has presented,it’s newest addition to the smartphone arena. From what is being written at the moment, it has a 4 inch screen and an 8 mega pixel camera with flash. Liking the slide out keyboard as sometimes a good old key board is whats needed.

Miss Donatella Versace has launched a cell phone Versace . I dont think anyone was expecting anything but over the top.Well it has arrived.
In collaboration with ModeLabs Group, Versace Unique , has landed. It will have the usual multimedia, where it differs is the fact that the touch screen is made of sapphire crystal. Supposedly impossible to scratch.
LG worked on the technology, which includes 3G network, e-mail, media player, 5-megapixel flash camera. The phones are handcrafted in France the face being made from ceramic, framed in 18k gold, or stainless steel. The rest is encased in leather
