ingredients.


1) Dorade Royale.


2) 4-5 small potatoes


3) 6-7 mushrooms


4) 4 cloves of garlic


5)one sprig of rosemary


6) Fresh thyme.


8) Fresh Basil


9) 1 Onion


10) Worcestershire sauce


11) Grounded Black pepper


12) sea salts.


13 Cayenne pepper.


14)I bottle Riesling white wine.



15) hot pepper.


This dinner is so simple to make you will impress your self once you are done.


Firstly the fish should be fresh from the market as there you can have them take off the scales and take out the insides.


Now in the opening put the rosemary, 2 cloves of garlic, half an onion sliced,thyme. Also add the salt and pepper the cayenne pepper and about 5 leave of fresh basil. finaly sprinkle some Worcestershire sauce inside, and you are done.



During this time you should boil your potatoes until done.


Place Fish in a dish with olive oil put the remaining garlic, onions, and hot pepper in the dish then pour some white wine over the fish and place in the oven at 175 degrees (electric)



Then cut the potatoes and put them in a dish and roast at the same time as the fish.


The cooking time once in the oven should be about 35 mins


After all has been cooked pour your glass of wine and enjoy.
