Takashi Murakami
The artist Takashi Murakami the same artist whose works adorned Louis Vuitton. He is set to show his works at the Château de Versailles. The show opens 14 September and will continue until 13 December.
In his own words.
“I am The Cheshire Cat who greets Alice in Wonderland with his devilish grin, and chatters on as she wanders around the Château.

Versace. Mobile
Miss Donatella Versace has launched a cell phone Versace . I dont think anyone was expecting anything but over the top.Well it has arrived.
In collaboration with ModeLabs Group, Versace Unique , has landed. It will have the usual multimedia, where it differs is the fact that the touch screen is made of sapphire crystal. Supposedly impossible to scratch.
LG worked on the technology, which includes 3G network, e-mail, media player, 5-megapixel flash camera. The phones are handcrafted in France the face being made from ceramic, framed in 18k gold, or stainless steel. The rest is encased in leather
Price: $6,500 (that is the lower end)
$8,000 (the one with gold)
Available this month at Versace boutiques in Atlanta, Costa Mesa, Las Vegas, Beverly Hills, New York, and Miami.

KIESER SPATH
Marcel Kieser and Christof Spath are young designers based in Darmstadt Germany. This design was submitted at the international competition for young designers organized by imm cologne.

“Above: WARP by kieser + spath. The WARP table turns lingering at the table into a special experience. Everything that is on and around the table is reflected in a domed mirror, which is mounted beneath the glass tabletop. The interplay between material objects, light and shade opens up new perspectives and changes the way people act at table. The theme of distorted perception is thrown into particular relief by contrast with the simplicity of the table’s design”.

This concept is simply FIERCE two snaps Z formation.
Designers kristin laass and norman ebelt, created this wonder to fit into small spaces.
This is one of the participants of the burg giebichenstein: hochschule fur kunst und design halle
at DMY international design festival berlin 2010.
Dj Table.
This was a Senior Degree Project for the Kansas City Art Institute. DJ touch screen interface and gesture interaction concepts of Mr Gerg Kaufman. which took Three months to make.
With a few taps and swipes he has created a board that can mimic turntables. Now all they have to do is show up to the club with a USB stick and they are ready to go.
I hope that when I go to a club featuring this, they better make me want to throw the hair I don’t have…..,yet. Video after the jump
LG Washing machine.
What’s so FAB about a washing machine and dryer from LG you ask? Well this one can communicate with the technician when something is wrong with it.
The customer would have press certain buttons this in turn would send out signals through the phone which can be understood by a trained technician.
Right.
Would be nice when, It could also sense what colour and temperature to wash my clothes.

Maybach Sunglasses.
The Maybach is known the world over for the ultimate in Auto luxury. Well they have now introduced sunglasses which are typically custom designed to match the car.
Now these babies are made out of a variety of materials ranging from, titanium to rose gold, leather to piano wood. The glass being from Carl Zeiss. (The website is quite boring)
