Ingredients:
Chicken legs 2-4
large potatoes 1-2
Tomato 1
Broccoli 4 pieces (up to you)
clove of garlic
Cracked black pepper
Sea salts
Dried chilli
Thyme
Fresh Basil
Rosemary
Half an onion
Olive oil
Worcester sauce
Jamaican pepper sauce (optional) ( I just cant help my self)
Mix salt (about a tea spoon) Black pepper which you should cover the top of the chicken also Worcester sauce, in a bowl. Heat a pan with olive oil,add the clove of garlic. Then add chicken and brown slowly.
During this time cut potatoes up in to into bite sized pieces. Add to water with salt and boil. About 15 mins.
After the chicken has browned. Add Rosemarie, basil, olive oil, half an onion,the chilli( as much as you want).
Also add the bacon bits about a large spoon, also the Jamaican sauce. Mix, then add some water and place in the oven.
The potatoes should be drained then also placed in the oven with some olive oil.
Let all roast and get ready to relax. Approx 30mins.
Put Broccoli into pan with a little water, with salt, also bacon bits let simmer for about 3 mins or until desired.
Right pop that wine and enjoy being alone.
